How to use excel to pdf
Choose a supported file from your device.
Adjust the task-specific controls and review any browser capability warnings.
Process the file locally in this tab; no file bytes are sent to a server.
The output is reopened with a local format or playback check before download.
What this tool does
- Render workbook sheets and cell values into readable locally generated PDF pages.
- Runs through a shared, code-split processing engine instead of an upload service
- Blocks download when the generated output fails its local verification check
How the result is verified
The generated bytes are reopened locally with the relevant media, archive, Office, font, or PDF parser. A structurally unreadable output is blocked instead of being offered under a misleading extension.
Frequently asked questions
Is my file uploaded to a server?
No. The file is opened with your browser's File API and processed by code running in your tab. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network panel, and process a file — no request carries your file's bytes. See our How it works page for a step-by-step verification guide.
Why can browser support differ?
HateItAll uses the decoders and encoders installed with your browser and operating system. The tool checks capabilities at runtime and reports an unsupported combination instead of uploading the file or relabelling incompatible bytes.
