How to use organize pdf pages

  1. Open one or more PDFs; page thumbnails are rendered locally in file order.

  2. Select pages to rotate, duplicate, or delete. Drag cards, use the arrow buttons, or press Alt+Left/Right to reorder.

  3. Import more PDF pages, reverse the entire order, or add blank A4 pages.

  4. Export the organized copy after its page count, dimensions, rotations, and parser compatibility are verified.

What this tool does

  • Visual page-level ordering across multiple source PDFs
  • Mouse, touch-friendly button, and keyboard page movement
  • Batch rotate, duplicate, and delete
  • Import additional PDFs, reverse all pages, and add blank A4 pages
  • Independent PDF.js and pdf-lib output reopen with geometry checks

How the result is verified

The output is reopened with PDF.js and pdf-lib. Page count, page dimensions, and every written rotation must match the visible organizer state before download is enabled.

Frequently asked questions

Can I combine selected pages from several PDFs?

Yes. Open multiple PDFs initially or use Import PDF pages, then arrange any source pages into one output.

Is my file uploaded to a server?

No. The file is opened with your browser's File API and processed by code running in your tab. You can confirm this yourself: open your browser's developer tools, watch the Network panel, and process a file — no request carries your file's bytes. See our How it works page for a step-by-step verification guide.

Is there a file size limit?

There is no artificial upload limit because there is no upload. Practical capacity depends on your device's memory and your browser. Very large files may be slow or fail to decode on low-memory devices; if that happens the tool fails safely without altering your original file.
