Frequently asked questions
Why does my landscape photo look terrible as a story?
A 9:16 cover crop keeps roughly a third of a 16:9 image's width. Use contain mode to show the whole photo letterboxed, or crop deliberately in the crop tool first.
Does this work for WhatsApp and TikTok too?
The 1080 × 1920 vertical format is the de facto standard across story-style features — WhatsApp statuses, TikTok, Reels, Shorts thumbnails — so the same preset serves them all.
